Master Technician Volvo

The successful candidate will act as a senior report in the Workshop and will assist other Technicians with fault diagnosis, advising on relevant training updates and generally helping Workshop colleagues with any problematic vehicles. The highest level of health and safety regulations must be adhered to along with all laid down processes to aid the smooth running of the Workshop.

Person Specification: You will possess excellent diagnostic knowledge and will be used to working to strict deadlines, economically and to the required quality standards. You will consider good workmanship an absolute priority and first time fix along with consistent customer service results will be a professional and personal goal. You should possess good administration and organisational skills, be able to communicate at all levels and be flexible regarding the work you are allocated.

Salary: Competitive with bonus scheme

Sales Executive - Motorlux Mazda & Motorlux Volvo

MotorLux is one of Newbury and Oxford’s leading independent car dealer groups representing three car manufacturers, Ford, Mazda and Volvo. Due to staff restructuring, we require two full time Sales Executives, one for our busy Mazda dealership in Newbury and one for our Volvo dealership in Wantage.

You will have the ability to achieve targets and generate new business whilst maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. You will need a hands-on approach to selling cars and you will report to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be well presented, have good communication skills and be a team player. Previous sales experience of new and used cars would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be given.
